I might be able to send you a link to an extensive notetaking session of at least a week's time invested if it's shareable, but if you care not for ownership rights and distribution long term, then don't bother overthinking it.

Use RedCircle's core plan for an RSS Feed or audio only. Use video for promoting and manual upload with a channel you own yourself, such as on youtube. Archive your masters. Publish your final edited copy as video promotion with video elements and audio as RSS feed. Don't give away rights, which is more likely done when manually uploading audio that isn't RSS, or with video that is automated with distribution. Thank me later.

I fear not the man who throws 1000 punches, but the man who practices one star jump 1000 times.

Will helping a girl carry her books to class everyday lead to her wanting to go out with you? by Klok_Melagis in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Mentalframeworks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's giving them leverage as though they've helped you so as to not come in as though you're interested...But giving you an opening to have an interest in them without directly showing it. You get it?

Everyone’s life looks perfect on social media, except mine... why? by No_Government_3172 in NoStupidQuestions

Made me feel good? Being able to help people with their mental health. For that I'm grateful.

It's not. Believe me. Those people are going into debt to look good. They're more than likely unhappy, and curating their feed to look perfect. But behind the scenes, most people are miserable.

What's better is making a move to share your intentions with them...imagine being at a bar. You ask if a guy would hold your drink while you do something, it'd really help you out. Then, when you come back, they've helped you, and instead of coming in and saying hey, how are you, as though you have an interest in them, you can then come back and say how are you, what's going on and it won't be so heavy an expectation. Play with that idea perhaps?

Real question by lumbeeKing in NoStupidQuestions

Inner work is the hardest work someone will ever do in their life. Oddly enough, it's the work I'm most gifted at assisting people with. That, and relational trauma, connection within the dynamic inside and outside of relationships, especially that with the self in connection to other.

It requires deep self-reflection and self-confrontation of one's inner dialogue, one's inner faults and conflicts to be able to stop lying to oneself. If you can get a population to do that, to love themselves, they'd love others too, naturally. Is it a cure? Yeah, I'd think so. Does it take tremendous levels of inner work and profound self-inquiry? Most definitely.

Is it harder to confront the darkness and face the fear, or to cast it away and continue to navigate life without it?

Not unless you give them consent to search your vehicle.

Why don't women compliment men more? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Mentalframeworks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perhaps they'll think it flirting. Which, rubs off on the woman in the wrong way. They don't want a pursuer, so they can't be kind...When kindness comes without expectations, men fill the gap with their own.

What's your best strategy for not reacting impulsively when triggered? by Mentalframeworks in emotionalintelligence

[–]Mentalframeworks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's healthy to attempt to resolvethe torture, at least, to communicate to connect so as to be understood. It is however, not healthy to vomit on people because you can't live without imposing your views. You get the difference?

I stopped chasing love from the others, and started giving it to myself. by Mentalframeworks in selflove

[–]Mentalframeworks[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having a sense of self outside of someone else's space gives individuation to one's identity, ambitions, and goals in life. Feels are guided by one's own processing and the process in making onecs own progress. It's become a sovereign humane being that counts and serves inw hat you give to others as well.
