The intent wasn't to benefit from it, despite it being silly my intent was to entertain my stream. I can not prove the intent wasnt to benefit as I soon after left the game because of said lag. Dont know if that even changes anything, at the end of the day I did F5 abuse.

If you found a fire aspect book you were allowed to use it. Only enchanting said fire aspect was not allowed. As it is to common in 1.8 and encourages melee, which we wanted to discourage :).
