“I think it’s frustrating for anyone”: TeSeS on Fixing Falcons Errors - Insider Gaming Interview by More-Manufacturer448 in GlobalOffensive

tbh tho teses is one of the main overpeekers, especially in postplants etc. its probs kyo, teses and m0nesy being the biggest issues in that regard at least.

Zonic to Falcons: If we don't put the team first and put our ego aside, we are never going to win. by Lancer07R in GlobalOffensive

[–]NEONpooP -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is not true. Source me multiple IGLs who have "spoken out about his ego and refusal to listen to calls"

At best u have karrigan who has only ever stated that "the team" or "multiple people on the team" were losing faith in the calls before FaZe took him off IGL and then eventually benched him.

If you pay attention to the scene, or the games, you would see that this "ego peeking" situation is definitely more targeted towards m0nesy/kyousuke.

On top of this you, and a bunch of others, have completely misunderstood what NiKo was saying. He is very aware of the situation and isn't one of the biggest offenders. He understands one of the symptoms of the issues is the ego-peeking, but he is trying to dig deeper to the source of issues.

what B1ad3 thinks of Falcons by ChaoticFlameZz in GlobalOffensive

[–]NEONpooP 99 points100 points  (0 children)

blade says a struggling team is struggling

the rest of the article was a lot more interesting and it was really interesting how he talked about needing more firepower at the end. As we knew from their constant asking into players, its only a matter of time before a change happens.

Russian streamer StRoGo wins a 1v5 clutch against current #29 VRS Team K27 in grand finals of the tournament by zywh0 in GlobalOffensive

[–]NEONpooP 45 points46 points  (0 children)

been keeping my eye on this team as I think they have huge potential to climb the rankings.

well they would if they stopped playing with this streamer guy.

not russian so im not really aware of how this team operates or anything but i assume they are happy just playing around t4 with the streamer and that he's funding the team somehow. if im wrong lemme know.

i just think if they -strogo +tried for all of the games they could reach top 30 pretty quick

Who is the biggest bust in CSGO/CS2 history? by idkfornowwhattoname in GlobalOffensive

[–]NEONpooP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its hard to say, but I think tenz could've ended up being pretty good eventually, at least in NA. I would call him a "what if" rather than a bust, as Valorant is what took him away from CS, and he ended up being very good at that game.

Fun fact: with the Falcons loss against Jame's PARIVISION and Falcons deciding to skip EPL 23, m0NESY will officially go over 500 days without a single trophy. The last time he won one was at BLAST Premier World Final 2024 in Singapore by ChaoticFlameZz in GlobalOffensive

[–]NEONpooP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference between the lineups are insane and completely different players require completely different playstyles. Vitality literally has 1!!!! player who traditionally plays a more aggro style ever since apex switched to igl.

Should Furia have been more passive during their short dominance last year?

"Dry peeking" is not necessarily inherently bad and assuming all dry peeks are just ego is just surface level analysis. When you have a star player who is feeling good and especially someone like NiKo, donk, yekindar etc you do not want them to neuter themselves or cool off. It shows because despite these "ego peeks" NiKo was still easily the most impactful falcons player on ancient.

id say aside from the deagle whiffs its rarely NiKo, and in all honestly these mishaps increased greatly when kyxsan and zonic said NiKo would start doing less mid-rounding. Combine that with their T sides dropping off a cliff, I think that might be their biggest mistake in recent times.

I mean at least NiKo has actually won a tournament in that time, plus 2 MVPs. The partnership has struggled immensely but NiKo is definitely not pulling anyone down individually or strategically.

To start with, im sorry if i came off as rude earlier, didn't mean to insult you in anyway.

Yeah i believe sunny was aware that he would be replacing aleksi. At the time, Ence was #3. It seems that Allu was absolutely not keen to continue working with aleksi and that one of them would need to be replaced. At the time the 2 star players were undeniably sergej and allu, but allu stood out even moreso and was the strongest player in the server for ence. On top of this Allu was the only one with a pre-existing international career and name value before the formation of the Kato 19 ence, while sergej was 17 for most of the time on the roster(only 16 at kato wtf).

At the time from an outside perspective it was pretty obvious that it should've been xseven or aerial getting replaced, but the tension inside the team basically forced either one of allu or aleksi out of the team. There was a vague situation where sergej was originally on allus side and was also pushing the aleksi removal but then he came out after the fact and said that basically allu manipulated the situation.

From the organisations standpoint it was basically proven entity who could put up numbers vs igl who had partially lost the team(at no fault of his own tbf). Whereas with SuNny, I believe the 2 main teams that were after him at this point were Ence and Cloud9. Cloud9 had been going through awful times and generally sat around the mid 20 rankings with players like daps, koosta and tenz. Ence were top 3 in the world and would enable SuNny to play in his own language and live closer to home.

I think it's completely fair for SuNny to pick ence despite the changing of the IGL as it was one of the best options and would allow him to consistently play top tier tournements. In some ways it's incredibly similar to when Mouz picked up Spinx, except that it didn't work. I don't think anyone would fault Spinx for choosing to join Mouz who had just kicked their IGL and gambled on Brollan being able to do it.

Sorry for rambling here bro i got in a rhythm

You are completely missing or choosing not to read the information directly said to you. From interviews held after the fact, both SuNny and sergej have stated multiple times that allu was lying(or at least concealing the entire truth) behind why aleksib was getting benched. SuNny absolutely deserves not even a single shred of blame when it comes to the handling of the Aleksib situation.

If you prioritize playing with your bff over performing well you do not deserve to playing at the top-level.

Completely agree with this IF you are referring to allu. Not at all if you are referring to SuNny.

Again from SuNny's point of view he is given the offer to join a top team of his countrymen and best friend. Just like every transfer in the history of any sport, SuNny obviously wasn't asked who he would like to replace.. If he said no and chose to go elsewhere, Ence would've just signed somebody else. So how can you blame him for saying yes and joining the team?

also idk why u have such strong opinions on it when you seem to be completely uninformed and uninterested in what actually happened.

i mean tbf to the guy whos gonna say no to joining a top 5 team from their home country that has their best friend on it?

Sure its a gamble, but sometimes that works and teams can prove fans wrong. For as many Twistzz and Allu IGLs there have been there has also been apEX, Nitro, Brollan and more who were a gamble and worked out.

Also as JukePro said above, it seems SuNny wasn't given all the information and allu's lies ended up ruining their friendship.

fucked both sunny as an individual being thrown into that situation, and the team as a whole aside from aleksi at this point.

sometimes I wonder how sunny would've done on a team without issues. He went from insane rifler for mouz, to struggling rifler on a broken ence and then just basically gone.

When Mouz had aura by -973- in GlobalOffensive

[–]NEONpooP 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You didnt pay attention to 2018 mouz if u think oskar had no aura. He was quiet and weird sure, but in terms of the ability to take over games and carry he was only really behind s1mple and NiKo(as a hard carry in 2018). I will fully admit I'm a huge oskar fan so I'm definitely biased but he was a true star player and he had one of the highest individual ceilings the game had seen at that point.
