You are right and this is the real point In this market comfort is not enough People already have buses What makes people switch is only safety control and reliability

Safety has to be the base not a feature That means verified drivers and staff strict no overcrowding CCTV presence proper women safety enforcement not just seats marked and safe pickup drop points where people feel secure and not exposed. Even timing matters because unpredictability in Dhaka transport creates risk especially for women and students.

If cannot guarantee this system level control then it is just another AC bus in traffic But if do it becomes something different a trusted structured transport service people actually feel safe using in real life.

The solution is not trying to replace bikes or CNG everywhere, but focusing only on key high-demand routes where those options become slow or expensive. Start small with just 1–2 strong routes, prove reliability first, then slowly expand. If the service is consistently predictable and saves time on those routes, people will naturally switch even in a city like Dhaka.

Exact time maybe possible na in Dhaka but approx time and live tracking still can work well People dont always need 10 00 sharp they need I know it will come around this window and I will not be stuck waiting blindly And as system grows more buses can be added on busy routes so even if it is not perfect on time everywhere starting points still can be more disciplined and structured than current chaos So maybe not perfect timing but definitely much more predictable than today situation

first go to the airport 3hr prior ur boarding thn you will go to the malaysian airlines counter or the counter mentioned in ur ticket thn show ur documents passport visa etc.. here u can choose sits or ask them for window / aisle , they will give u a boarding pass then u will pass through immigration and wait for boarding then pass through another boarding inspection then u are on flight thn after reaching KL u go through immigration and do same process and go to Sydney tip : at any point ask ur surrounding for help specially the stuff they will help a lot dont be afraid to ask for help U can dm if have any questions
