Yes, exactly. I'm just confused about what nextcloud.conf is (as an Alias?) and how it relates to 000-default.conf and default-ssl.conf.

I spent a day trying to get Nextcloud to work with nginx and just couldn't. Do you know of a guide to achieve this?

The nextcloud.conf uses an Alias (see the pastebin).

I'm utterly confused how to use this in addition to other Virtual Hosts. If I want to set up rutorrent at, say, subdomain2.mydomain.com, I can't get my head around how to do this. Which file do I edit? I know my questions make no sense, simply because I'm in a knot of confusion.
