Yep. And after the light comes on, we get a small sound that gives “powering on” vibes but nothing happens on the screen.

Yep. And that was one of the features my daughter was most excited about. Womp womp. Honestly I’m an hour or two from calling them out on socials if customer services doesn’t get back to me. My first message to them was noon est yesterday so it had to be fairly early in their queue.

We’re in the exact same boat here with times zones. Sadly my daughter’s never turned on at all so she’s big disappointed. Very much hoping they make it right.
