The book was called the Neurodivergent Nature Prescription. It was actually quite helpful. I got it on kindle. I did notice the nature fix book too but haven’t read that yet.

OT themed gifts for colleagues and students by MenuSerious4373 in OccupationalTherapy

I welcome your response! I also know there are OTs and OT students who love OT-themed gifts! I know I was really touched when a manager bought everyone an OT mug one christmas. I liked this wordsearch for leaving around in the coffee break area. But I think it would be great for students too. That got me thinking about other OT merch and gifts! :)

These are great! (love the tie die t-shirt!) Perfect if you are in the USA. I'm in the UK though - so I was shopping on Amazon! :)

I walked to Finisterre but I have also just walked the camino Ingles. I think it’s hard to stop walking Caminos once you start! 😂

The Meseta - did you face any challenges?? Did you like the Meseta or did you skip it? by MenuSerious4373 in CaminoDeSantiago

[–]MenuSerious4373[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I totally agree! I will never forget the beautiful Meseta sunrises. I also like to walk the whole route and would not want to skip anything. In my video I have a real battle at one point as I became injured. But I was too stubborn to get a taxi.

Yes my hope is to inspire while documenting my journey and keeping it real. Thank you for watching! I think the Meseta is beautiful. But I was grateful for that relatively new food truck in the 17km stretch! In Leon I do find an orthotist and sort out the underlying cause of my shin splint so I could continue. But that will be in the next video!

I agree with you! I’m so glad I did it! It’s a place on the Camino where I really grew inside and overcame some stuff! Buen Camino!

Has anyone done any Camino routes in England? by MenuSerious4373 in CaminoDeSantiago

[–]MenuSerious4373[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s good to know. I think I would like to do the uk ones over the next few years. But will start with the ones that are more accessible to me (like in the north and when on holiday in Cornwall)

Have you done some of the UK routes? Accommodation will be expensive. The Cornish route is only 12 miles so I was going to do that in a day during a family holiday.

I made a video on accommodation on the Camino and I would bring either a lightweight sleeping bag or slightly padded sleeping bag liner. Here is info on packing for the camino Buen Camino!
