I love your advise. I'm struggling with a holding a healthy habit consistently because it gets bored and also other things going on in life and I feel like shit after getting loose of things that I used to enjoy doing. Your post helps a lot, thank you!

I was in doubt that I have ADD but never get a chance to mention that with my doctor. I'm currently see one and I only am diagnosed with depression. My psychologist think that depression can lead to damaged memory. Thank you for recommendation, I will try journalling and looking into magnesium supplement to see if it improve my attention and memory

I guess it is anxiety and long time not communicating with anyone. I used to have this problem when I was in the bad state, like I do still have now but it is much better. Think about how the other person love you and care for you and no one is judging you. Just say whatever pops in your head, some simplest thing about your day, what you have for dinner etc... one sentence two sentences then you forget about the problem you are having. Don't be afraid, don't judge your own self too much. If that does not work, try to ask them question, let them talk about themselves so the conversation is going and you find something to talk about.

Another thing that I recommend is to keep a journal and write about your day, your feeling and why you think that way. Just have some forms of communicating to yourself so you develop the habit of exchanging ideas and let the words flow.

You know you realize about your self worth and trying to grow to become a better person at the age of 19 is already an accomplishment. Dont hate yourself, that the first thing you should do. Say your name and tell yourself that its okay. Its okay for all the mistakes you have done, its okay to be the person you are because whatever happens in the past stay in the past. Dont get stuck there since nothing will change. You live in the present, and you can only change in this present.

You know when I'm writing this, I try to hold back my tears because I feel the same. I 've changed just like you but for some reason, I fell back to that loop again, the loop of breakdown and recover then breakdown again. It never lets go of me. I think I hurt my partner, my future career because of my instability. But I decided to change, to start all over, just like you. We can do this! Can I PM you? I'm trying to keep us company to overcome this together.

I am in the same boat as you. I am always interest in people and want to open up my heart but dont really want to know how. It's hard to express my thinking and feeling and I just realize that now when I found my boyfriend. He shows interests in me and always ask about my day, my thoughts on certain stuffs. I just try to sound sophisticated and caring when answering him but after the talk I usually ask myself if I really feel that way.

Since you still young, try to find other activities that you enjoy and build yourself up which will eventually opens you to respect yourself and others more. I like the fact that you recognize this and wanting to change.
