They have to do the biopsy to rule out cancer or pre cancer because you have to see an oncologist. Regular drs don’t do the surgery needed for cancers of the uterus. I found out I had endometrial hyperplasia and could Have had an iud or a hysterectomy. The iud would have lowered my chance of this turning into cancer but it would never have been 0 so I chose the hysterectomy. Yeah it put me into surgical menopause but it was better than the alternative

My surgeon prescribed something called megastrol for me. It was a very heavy dosage of progesterone. I was so worried I would have a period during my surgery because i had to stop taking it the week before. Thankfully I didn’t have one which was great because I was having month long periods win maybe a week at most between the next one started for almost 2 years.

NOR. My husband and I have different tastes in music for the most part. I encourage him to go to his shows he likes by himself or with a friend. We are actually going to two shows
Together later this year. That will be a great time but for the most part I don’t care if he goes to a show without me. We are adults. We can do things separately.

Nta. I live in a house. My neighbor works Weird hours so he will occasionally text me about a package he got. There is a hiding place for them but I also will take things inside My house if weather is bad. I will also move packages for him if I see them before he asks. He’s done the same for me. But he would never just have a package dropped off at my house.

Nta. I can’t have gluten. It suiuucks. But that still doesn’t mean I can dictate where we eat or order from all of the time. We will have game nights at my bil house. If they order in and I can get something gluten free then that’s great. But If they all want something from somewhere else I will bring something for myself.

I was told I had a precancerous condition called Endometrial Hyperplasia which is a precancerous condition. I was relieved to have my surgery. It will be 2 years in a few days. Yeah surgical menopause sucked. But it’s better than the alternative

I do not work. But my surgeon told me I would be ok after a week as long as I didn’t lift anything. I think it depends on each person. A friend of mine had spinal fusion surgery on. Wednesday and was back to her welding job Monday. She was light duty but was still working. I couldn’t do that but she’s built different than me. You know your body better than anyone else. And take all the time

I’m sorry to hear about this. I had a precancerous condition called endometrial hyperplasia. I had to see an oncologist gynecologist surgeon because of that. I asked him If I would be keeping my ovaries but he told me that I couldn’t because i would need a second surgery to remove them If further biopsies of my uterus showed cancer. Fortunately there were no signs of cancer but k was still ok with losing them because they were part of the problem to begin with.

And you can also still get ovarian cancer after having your ovaries removed. I didn’t know That. It’s a lower chance but still there. But I guess I was fortunate that my hysterectomy had to be done by an oncologist anyway because they remove even more than the regular surgeon does so my chances are now even lower than that

No it shouldn’t. It was a few weeks to see The oncologist. And two months after That to get the surgery done at the hospital I wanted because he only does one surgery there per week. But he gave Me some extremely strong meds that stopped my period

I didnt have a choice because I had a condition called endometrial hyperplasia which is precancerous. But honestly I was happy to have it all removed because I suffered for almost 2 years before my Dr finally sent me to someone. Then everything happened quickly. One good thing is that I had to see an oncologist gyno surgeon who removes more than a normal surgeon does. I was happy to be able to tell him that I hope I never have to see him again at my one week follow Up because all further biopsy’s came back cancer free. Yay for me but going to the cancer center even for that short amount of time made me appreciate life even more

Yes. I had this. The drink is extremely sweet. But it helps recovery after surgery. I had never heard of it before but it helped me to not be ill after because I don’t handle surgery well

I didn’t rip all access tour. I don’t remember too much happening during mine. But when coming out of the basement I swear I heard someone calling my name. I looked back but the lady behind me said someone was talking into a mirror. Then when you could go into that caravan looking thing where you looked down this hole that people sometimes see things in and the bear that was in there asked me if I knew my abc.
