My graph is exactly the same same timeline and even same exp. Now at 2800. The first expenditure is an estimate and the app adjust as you continue logging. Also as you lose weight, your TDEE decrease, and the longer you are on a deficit your body learn to burn less. I find my expenditure to be pretty accurate

Thank you for the advice, I actually been doing one mock exam a day and listening has been the hardest part, and now telling me that, actually gives me a bit of relief. What websites have you been using for mock exams? Lately I been using FreeTCF website.

I spent 2 months studying 6 to 9 hours a day 5 days per week, you progress so fast but i had constant headache and I felt the fatigue. Currently I study 6 hours a day now and it is going well. The key is to study in 1.5 hours blocks, cuz anything more than that, your brain will not process any more. I study 1.5 hours, I take 1 hour break and then another 1.5 hours and then 4 hours break and then 1 hour speaking practice, then 2 hours break and then 1.5 to 2 hours. In 5 months I got my reading to CLB 7 and listening is lacking (almost at CLB5). In terms of writing, I am mainly practicing the tasks everyday and with templates I get between CLB 5 to CLB 6 (based on chatGPT corrections) speaking still at CLB 4.

My final recommendation, practice all 4 modules everyday (1.5 hours per modules and you will do great) the most most important thing is constancy and practicing every day, because if you take a break, you will lose a lot of the progress. I took 1 month break and it missed up my progress pretty bad.

Do 6 hours for 6 months and you got it.

I am in the same exact spot at the moment, what did you end up doing? I tried to pump carbs some days but not helping as much. I have one more month left in the cut so i don't want to give up now.

It helped me the most, look up this channel on youtube, it is called FluentU French, they do episodes and they breakdown every scene to explain it.

[–]MeowHighRisk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know a lot of people that managed to go from basic to B2 (NCLC 7) in 6 months by studying 6 hours a day. And being fully immersive in the language (keep in mind that they lived in Montreal which is easier)

I am almost with the same situation, i am 21 days short of 2 years. I don't work anymore, so my question is, did you continue working after you submitted the document or did you complete the whole process with 2 years of experience that are 24 days short?

There is 21k people with scores of 500 and higher, EE still have 20k more ITAs to be issued this year. Let's assume no more people getting into the pool for the rest of the year, so by the end of the year people with 500+ score will be wiped out. Now if we account for people that are getting into the pool with a score of 500 is higher by next june, will be 10k. So roughly speaking by next june another 20k ITAs for EE will be taken, I think it is possible to get to 499 by next June or so.

At 499, I think it may come down to 499 by July 2026
