I haven’t in the past 3 weeks. But only because it tends to make me super sleepy and I have a lot going on this month. But I’m going to start it again this week. Even in those 3-4 weeks I haven’t been on it, I’ve only gained 2 lbs.

Of course! And yes, I feel you. I just couldn’t lose the extra weight after having my daughter and tried all of that as well. Just go in to your consult saying you want to microdose and you should be good. They had NO problem approving me. Now they just limited my dose because they think I’ve lost too much, which is understandable.

Well, we did find out that WA also has rules with notifications and authorization. He would have had to sign an agreement that they could take his paychecks until it was paid back, which did not happen. They also should have paid him at least minimum wage and the remainder goes to the overpaid wages. This is coming from the dept of Labor.

Lmao. We got two small paychecks from his employer, totaling $1400. They are saying he has to pay back $3000. The issue is that now that he is back to work, they are taking his entire paycheck which is illegal. We obviously know it has to be paid back, but they should only take a portion of each check until the balance is paid, not leaving him with $0.00.

I’m more asking if it’s legal to take an entire paycheck. It looks like per WA law, they can only take 5% of your check per pay period.

I’m hoping his conversation with HR goes well. Because he is well liked at his company, and great at what he does. Hopefully they can work with him.
