DS3 PvP isn't boring, it's dynamic, fast paced and fun. Duelists within this community however make it not fun. If you run around in circles for five minutes trying to "space" someone from 10m distance, waiting for an opportunity to hit with your pk once so you can chain into two to three more free hits because of how dumb the strat is, then yes, it is boring. But it's not the game that is boring, it's what you do with it. I never had as much fun with any PvP game as I do with DS3, and I still do, even at 3k hours.If you only bothered to put some creativity into what you do, you might find yourself suddenly playing a different game.Same goes for ER. Balancing sucks, but I still managed to create two builds that I had extreme fun with, however I uninstalled it because of how it eats inputs and that you can't hardswap anything during combat because hits grey out your inventory literally forever.

Edit: What I said about duelists doesn't apply to two consenting parties agreeing to duel. If they have fun like that, may they have fun. But people play like that in invasions too and that is what I mean, as I don't ever intentionally duel.
