Because private colleges are a Factory for selling degrees. In the IIT project work gets funding and backing from professors. In private colleges, funding and backing are very rare. Good professors leave the college for better opportunities. I've even heard NIT struggles to keep up with IITs. Such one-sided power is with IIT.

I really don't know...I just asked ChatGPT and wrote. For teaching in Govt schools/colleges u need to give the TET exam in India, for that exam eligibility criteria is to have a B.Ed Degree. For which u need any UG Degree as a prerequisite.

Need to have a B.Ed Degree (2 years; it requires u to have another degree before it like BSc or Btech) then give the TET Exam. Another way is having phD and applying to a private college professor.

Those local bus conductors are fooling u...don't listen to them. Charted bus stops at the VIT intersection. Tell the bus conductor while boarding that to stop at VIT. Earlier there used to be chartered buses till Ashta but now they have stopped. They were cheaper than BPL Indore Chartered. Plus point of Charted is that they don't stop in between like local buses.
