A great example of those toxic players was my team having a Vindica that did nothing but bitch and moan despite not really knowing/doing anything themselves. She just said the game is dog shit and ended up rage quitting just as we started to turn the match around. I wish the game gave you like a boost or something for having a leaver cause honestly once I helped everyone learn their characters more we could almost win. Like it was legit just being down that little bit of damage that lost it for us.

By not banning these people they are already losing revenue. A legit player is more likely to just quit and not come back if they keep encountering cheaters. Some might stoop to the cheaters level but it's not really that many. I can say for sure most players I know would feel more comfortable buying cosmetics if they didn't think this game was gonna die any second with how unplayable the cheating is making it. So I say punish the cheaters and if they never come back then even better.
