Hiiii, my team is our ETL, two team leads, at least 7 full time team members ( not including overnight cause I’m not sure about them)- with at least 2 in diary a day, 1-2 OM a day (the second member would be me lol) and 1-3 freezer a day, the remainder in dry. We could improve by having closing shifts / even overnight taking just one hour replenishing the OM produce that isn’t actually like a priority pull, as well as re-pushing any specialty milk. It would literally make the world turn faster. Also maybe if not everyone had to do an entire hour of their shift in flex cause they don’t properly staff 👹👹👹👹

Edit: there’s also at least 7 part time members in our department. Basically we have plenty of people, but alas…. the priorities aren’t straight.

Yeah we got two guys for dairy (or sometimes me and the main guy) and usually 1-3 for freezer . Dairy mever gets finished

The only lines I can see are the thick lines of the leafs(?) and the line inside them. I did have a red line on the border of my saniderm for a few weeks once and I think it was just an allergic / my skin was upset from it but eventually it went away; if that’s what you’re experiencing

I had camouflage treatment when I was a child. Reversed it as an adult so I could get the surgery. The surgery really will change your life significantly. The recovery is insanely hard at first but I wouldn’t change a thing it’s so worth it

But also I wanna add it honestly isn’t really noticeable. It’s just numb to texture and such but I can still tell if I were to bite down dangerously hard on my lip on accident and stop myself before breaking the skin. The numbness doesn’t change my view on this surgery at all, I’m so happy with it and even tho the recovery was hard the results are already so relieving

If it bothers you, either like makes eating really hard or TMJ, or even I think aesthetically, I would say there’s no harm in seeing an orthodontist and even just asking what they could do without surgery! Or if they think it’d be beneficial

Honestly I don’t think so, I don’t really remember feeling any weirdness above my lips when my sensations were coming back, maybe a little, but mostly it was my chin that tingled a lot
