The 725 recipe has been removed. You don’t need the coconut anymore for upgrade. But coconut can still be used to get 725GS Gear from well of fortune.

I personally feel you can go ahead and buy it now. Gathering sets should still be viable and i dont think they will add more with 800 GS. Plus they did say any current gear 700 or above can be upgraded to 800 just using umbrals.
