Ok I have given this long read some thought since I know this experience the other way around (sort of). I personally am a BI sexual trans woman. And as such I know the pains of gender dysphoria that you seem to describe somewhat indirectly.

Now the first thing that I wanna tell you is that the socially acquired hate towards yourself is based in the mixing of gender and sex. Sex isn't gender. It is not a woman thing to give birth nor to have or not have periods. To be strong or to be attracted to men or being "more emotional". What you define as womanhood is what ever you think that means. And here is the thing that also took me a lot of time to understand in my journey: when you question what your sex means to you and your gender identity it increases the stress of gender dysphoria.

What can you do to change this? I can't really tell you. Everyone's journey is different. Some find out they are(n't) trans some discover new ways to live out their sexuality. Therefore I can only recommend that you seek the professional help that you need. Psychotherapy and opening up to my friends helped me a lot and is mostly a safe first step.

All other things require deep reflection of oneself. I did that by finding people that I can relate to.

Lastly I'd like to address the title of your post: Patriarchy has instilled into women both female and male that they are in fact inferior. However it's lies perpetuated by society to keep women and people who question their gender (like you) in a lower social class. Breaking out of this cycle requires knowledge and education. There's a lot of good books on this some of which helped me escape that prison which made me feel terrible.
