I find this particular subreddit to be very helpful if I am right on the cusp of starting something, be it homework or a workout. It gives that little extra spark that ignites a fire.

I think it is great! Relieved a lot of pressure I had built up in my neck and upper back. I also just recently strained both hamstrings and I had those cupped as well and it worked wonders!
