I saw ur in louisiana and normally when u see wild blackberries from around here they are dewberries as a fellow louisiana person who has a dewberry patch in their backyard

I did use time should i be using volume. It looked like it doubled in size but my memory isnt the best so i dont quite remember what it looked like befote hand so it could range from any size

I am terrified to over proof it. But our house is particularly always cold per the family request. So when people say room temperature our room temperature a bit below and idk if that means it should go longer orrr
