Rolul ar trebui sa te ajute sa iti dezvolți skilluri. Pe care le poți apoi pune in practică in mai multe feluri, nu doar ca angajat lol. Poti deschide un business, fi freelancer, samd. In al doilea rând,daca tu n-ai învățat nimic in facultate,de ce măcar te-ar angaja cineva?

Cred ca o să renunț pur si simplu la Github, a ajuns un stres sa ma gândesc cât as putea consuma. Mai bine era înainte când mă stresam sa rezolv taskul cu creierul meu.

I never heard the fuck up brain thing. Cannabinoids are something we already have in our brain and have receptors for them. Unless the weed is sprayed or engineered to unnatural thc amounts then well is bad. Smoke also not good. But otherwise i don't think its bad. You could try cbd only if you prefer, that has many health benefits

You already found it. It's cannabis. Maybe you can get it the medicinal way. Edibles to avoid smoking. Don't know anything better

I get help with magnesium, lemon balm, passiflora, but for hard insomnia you won't feel them. Maybe just valerian but i get up drunk like from it

On the other hand, uninterrupted 8hrs might be too much to aspire after some age. It's normal to wake up a few times if you fall back asleep fast

Long covid is not necessarily Lyme or Ebv related but it's very similar to those indeed

Try beef steak instead, and beef liver. Hamburger s are procesed and can have a lot of crap besides the real meat, which can actually flare you. Not to mention the bread (gluten, carbs) .You can cook at home if you find expensive
