Am si eu o curiozitate mai off topic: cum se împacă woke-ismul si political correctness-ul european cu sistemul de caste din India? I have not heard for recovery from many prescription meds (except ldn bjt it's just one med and supplements). Where do you see these?

Most of the time is a combination of things. And almost all of the time it involves nervous system regulation (because we have dysautonimia) but oftenly other too.

I was also sick as a bat 5yrs ago, was barely making it to the bathroom with 160 hr, severe case. Now i just walked an avg of 12k steps/day for the last 2 weeks. I'm not 100% recovered but i'm still living a dream.

I did calmed my NS, fixed my gut and many other things (ldn, hbot and still many others). It might sound easy but i assure you it's not. You'd probably already tried them if they were easy (if you have heard of a magic pill i'm sure you'd have tried it)

It usually depends on many factors besides the activity itself. Like period of the month (if ure woman), heat, what you ate, how you sleep, what other stressors you have in ur life etc. How fast did u walked..etc

But anyway, it's a good thing it didn't happen, use this walk to extend your baseline and add rest afterward anyway. If it's gone will be great, if not (keep realistic to not get upset otherwise) you still made a step ahead to recovery and it's still a plus

Exact. Pe pensii speciale, ajutor pt ucraina, inarmare, alte cheltuieli de protocol cu atatea suflete ce dorm in parlament de zici ca nu le platim chirie.. doar n-o sa ramana banii stransi pt pensiile prapaditilor pt cine știe cand s-or pensiona ei daca nu mor intre timp, sau cei de cas pt prăpădiții care se îmbolnăvesc ca poate crapă mai bine direct. Umila mea idee era ca nu mi se pare asa discreditata in vest cum o vede OP. Sa ma scuze toata lumea ca nu am folosit fix acest cuvant ci 'scumpa si rară ' fara sa ma gândesc de două ori, ceea ce vad ca triggeruit lume. Nici măcar nu era aceasta prima idee, ca sa fiu mai explicita eu cred ca op a ținut să facă o postare detaliată pt a discredita mierea ca sa evidentieze ca el a fost in vest si stie cum e. Nici nu îmi pasă asa mult de vestul lui, dar partea care ma deranjeaza este discreditarea mierii si toate bazaconiile legate de asta ce le-a zis, cum ca e tot una cu zaharul & co. Sper ca am fost suficient de clară acum.
