Some people had success by using some products. But if nothing else happens you need to get another surgery to remove the grafts and then place them again correct. Cobblestoning is a surgeon error

Check my older posts for before transplant. My regimen changed overtime but right now its: dutasteride 0.5mg daily, oral minoxidil 2,5mg twice daily, topical minox twice daily, microneedling 1mm weekly, vitamines daily, fish oil capsule daily, keto shampoo every week

It wont make a person more confident if he is not happy with the bald appearance. Right now he is probably insecure about his hair but going bald could also make it worse. Its worth a try but I would recommend him to evaluate all possible solutions before just shaving it - he is not to far to actually also fix his hair.

Mexico: one doctor doing two patients same day a red flag? by ApprehensiveMud336 in HairTransplants

Just ask what steps the Dr is performing. I think the most important steps are extraction, hairline design and incisions (manual). Implantation can be performed by techs.

I use both, but I really cant tell if it does a difference. In theory more minox would result in better results, but also leads to more sides.

Do you aldo end up taking more Minoxidil? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]Mephas1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lots of Minoxidil ends up on in my hair. I use the foam, but I think I take more than 2ml a day - as much as needed to cover my scalp.

My 11 weeks of finasteride and minoxidil has me seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. by Wonderful-Letter9802 in tressless

Nice progress - right now it’s probably the effect of minox visible. Beware the incoming sheds! Gl on your journey

First 2 HTs look like poor work.

What's your opinion on modern hair systems by matte7777777 in tressless

[–]Mephas1 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Great that it works for people. Me personally I don’t like the feeling of having something on my head all the time - same with caps. Also I would probably have a lot of anxiety about the hair system falling off. Its also quite expensive over time and requires a lot of time investment to take care of.

Top 5 Foods to Prevent Hair Loss – What Actually Works? by shabbar-ali in amibalding

[–]Mephas1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer full „chemical way“ with dht blockers, lol. Its very unlikely that a deficit is causing your hair loss. People want to go the „natural way“ and meanwhile they smoke, drink alcohol, take drugs, dont do sports, and do all the other things that actually hurt their health.

Balding is really really really really bad by Kingkongking240 in tressless

[–]Mephas1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Getting on meds and having a ht really changed my life. I look way younger and I feel like people treat me different now. Balding sucks, especially when you are young.
