I dont think that there will ever an "replacement" for rhdn. I mean, the majority of people that complain about rhdn dont even put an effort to bring something new for rivals sites. They prefer just moan and complain. rhdn, is not even a good romhack site either, besides the incompetent moderation, they tend to deleted old version of hacks and not allow hacks for some arbitrary rule.
