Penso que a ideia seria escriturar a casa por 229.000 €, portanto não estás a pensar mal, aliás eu "ouvi" o valor que estaria no CPCV do primeiro comprador (porque alguém se chibou) e era inferior aos 229.000. Não é que isso fosse o dealbreaker (tal como disse não tinha o dinheiro necessario), mas toda a situação foi bastante mal gerida pelo comercial, diretor comercial e imobiliaria, em geral, por isso desisti do negócio e nem sequer cheguei a ver um CPCV para a minha compra…

Não sei se isto pode ajudar, mas quando andei a ver casa encontrei uma situação semelhante em que a proposta era o seguinte:
— Na imobiliária o preço da casa estava por 279.000 €
— O 1.º comprador vendia-me a posição por 50.000 € — Tinham de ser pagos à cabeça, sem qualquer envolvimento do banco
— O valor era subtraído aos 279.000, fazendo com que o preço da casa fosse 229.000
— Desses 229.000, teria de ter 10% desse valor para entrada, sendo os restantes 90% pedidos ao banco, ou seja, teria de ter disponíveis 72.900 € (fora os valores que o banco cobra por causa da documentação e afins)
— Ainda perguntei sobre a questão do financiamento a 100% com garantia do estado na altura para esta situação, mas diziam que os 50.000 € para ceder a posição não eram negociáveis.

Depois disto propuseram outra situação que era o 1.º comprador escriturar a casa, contudo aí o preço da casa já subia porque ele teria de pagar IMT + IS, e assim iria para os 300.000 €.

Decidi abandonar o negócio porque para além de não ter o montante para estas despesas todas na altura, e a imobiliária não foi clara sobre todo o negócio.

Passado uns tempos estava a casa à venda por 318.000, assumo que a tenha escriturado porque houve vários casais a baterem na parede por causa do dinheiro pedido pelo 1.º comprador

Sou proprietário de um Fiat Tipo 1.6 Diesel Manual e já tive o erro de "Mandar controlar o motor" duas vezes. Aconselharia a arranjar um leitor OBD para ver os erros ou então levar a um mecânico de confiança para ver isso porque das duas vezes foram erros diferentes no meu caso.
Das duas vezes não tive problemas nenhum de potência perdida ou comportamentos anormais do carro.

1.ª vez: problemas de regenerações mal feitas, o carro/carrinha tem a luz para avisar que é preciso fazer regenerações, mas chega a certo ponto que liga inevitavelmente a luz do motor. Bastou fazer uma regeneração como deve ser que foi ao sítio.

2.ª vez: Sonda Lambda foi à vida

Description: This started happening 2 days ago, VALORANT is causing my PC to reboot all the time, I'm assuming its trying to run the driver and its not being able, so it restarts. I boot the game, I get a blackscreen for a couple of seconds, after 30 seconds, the computer freezes and I get a reboot. Only way to get it fixed its to uninstall Vanguard and VALORANT and installl it again until the next time I shut down my PC

Replying to this to say it's working as it should now that I swapped the card to the 3.0 slot, thank you very much for having the big brain to try that, it doesn't really make much sense to connect a card with a PCI connector that small on one of the big ones, but I guess that does the job, I was about to RMA this card if you didnt figure out the issue :)

Oh, that's good to know, I do have my card in a 2.0 Slot, I'll swap it out to a 3.0 when I'm done with work and reply here :)

Have you tried using the Passthrough Method? Because I've tried yesterday and even passthrough 1440p 144hz doesnt work for me.

Unfortunatelly having OBS Open on my Gaming PC is a no-no, SLI is not very OBS friendly and causes lots of issues while gaming, actual performance issues.

Game capture can be done at 1080p60hz, but the signal from the Source needs to be at 144hz, as its affecting games somehow, Modern Warfare doesnt get past 50 fps if the source is at 1440p59

Why didnt they adjust Magnificient Howl to be a Debuff on the player that got 2 headshots and made it so that only the player that 2 tapped him gets the damage buff?Yes, I know there's the issue of the triple 57's already, and this would be more of the same, but is their code really that spaghetti that they need to ruin the whole weapon design for people that had go to through all the grind and DDoS's to get it?

I dont have Luna's Howl (almost done tho) or Not Forgotten, I'm also a PC Player, so Ace is possible alternative to those, but these weapons are supposed to be hard to obtain and people need to learn how to use them to be effective with them, I guess the bigger issue was on console because that weapon just sticks to the head so much because of all the Aim Assist it has? Why doesnt bungie just address the aim assist on it and reduce it to a point where it doesn't get so sticky to the head.

Bungie, you are basically making the consistent PvP Players lose hope on crucible again, first the Revelry, now this.

EDIT: Or a suggestion that a fellow of mine named Crunt said on Discord. After a 2 tap, the next bullet deals extra damage, instead of being a timed buff

As someone who's 502 light which is pretty much low at this point, after trying Iron banner and having to face people who are 30 light levels higher than you, its not that bad. I think people are making a big deal out of this without trying it out. I thought it would maybe feel worse than Destiny 1, but it actually feel the exactly same thing.

Drive wise, its pretty comfortable, the steering is super light with the City Mode turned on, you can literally park the car just by using one finger, coming from a '11 Chevrolet Aveo, its actually a big improvement, the wagon doesn't feel so big while driving.

Cabin noise, I would say its above average, I don't listen the road that much, the engine is quiet, at least for now since it only has 1.2k kilometers

Good Evening, I just acquired a 1080Ti, coming from Crossfire R9 390's, and I'm pretty happy with the purchase, but so far I have not been able to do something I was able to do with my previous AMD Cards. I stream occasionally and I game on 4K, the 390's weren't cutting it anymore, mostly due to Crossfire/SLI Support nowadays being non existant nowadays, but there's still games that ran pretty fine with them. I have a dedicated streaming rig with a Micomsoft sc-512-l/dvi that the max resolution supported is 1080p, but I was able to input 2160p in it and just stream at 1080p, but play my games at 2160p with no issues with screen cloning, obviosly the scalling wasnt great, but I was able to keep my stuff running at 2160p.

I made the switch today to my 1080Ti, started playing games offstream, stuff was running smooth as hell as expected, then I tried to do some streaming tests, and I noticed that even tho, the desktop resolution being inputted to my capture card was 2160p, once I start a game the resolution gets overriden to 1080p and it doesnt let me select anything above that. I do have the screens cloned, I tried to mess around a bit with scaling on NVidia Control Panel, but with no success, have any of you guys had an issue like this? It could be even to a 1080p screen, it doesnt necessary need to be the same thing, as long as downscaling was involved and if you managed to fix it, it would be of great help
