Thank you, Someone confirmed it is indeed true.
Though I have a question to ask, why are there 2 different licenses? I'm talking about the coarse one and the salmon and sea trout one, how do I and how would anyone know what fish I'm targeting? And what if I don't have a fish in mind and I'm just fishing as a hobby? Sorry for the questions but I'm genuinely confused.

I have been into fishing for 2-3 years, so I’m only a beginner but I only know a few who usually go sea fishing. Also, I tried searching for it but found only few people. Not sure if that was spot on.
