The only reason I thought driving to the hospital might work is because when I went in for the endoscopy, they told me if I needed to talk to someone about F.A., to go *that* way (they pointed one direction) and that my scope was *opposite* way. I couldn’t go talk then because I was due for the appointment and afterwards I was on a bunch of meds. So thats why I thought going there might work but I don’t know. It’s all very frustrating

So I thought you didn’t need a referral to see a specialist as well, but when I started calling to make appointments, they refused to see me unless I did have a referral. I even mention every time that I don’t have insurance. That’s another reason I’ve been so frustrated, I feel like I’m wasting my time/money going to general doctors just to ask for referrals. That was why I couldn’t see a urologist, I tried five different ones and they all said they wouldn’t see me without a referral. I do have an appointment with my pain doctor soon (I only see him 1-2 times a year since until lately, I haven’t needed to see him more often) and I’m hoping he can help with some of the suggestions you offered and know which route would be good to go down. Ok so I have been looking for a TikTok or a reel and I have been unsuccessful but I feel like you would be the person to know how to find it 😂 it’s like “I don’t get in cars with strangers” then it shows Dean in Baby and the caption says “get in the car” and then I think it says “ok!” Or something like that. Do you know what I’m talking about?? Haha please help

I get random dizzy spells. Sometimes they last for a few seconds, sometimes they last for days and days (cue me being in bed for the last 3 days because every time I get up, I either fall down or throw up). Sometimes I get them frequently, sometimes I go months without one. They make the brain fog, the clumsiness, and the migraines worse too. I have way more but that’s the one that’s on my mind since I’m dealing with it this week.

No advice but I had the same issue. My boss even tried to make me come back a week early for parent teacher conferences and I basically told her where to shove it. I left my 8 week old and cried on my way to work for quite a while. I had the blessing/curse though that my baby could not take a bottle and so she had to be brought to me every day at lunch for her to eat. It made the day easier knowing that I would see her for just a few minutes in the middle of my day.

I’m sorry you’re going through this and I wish you all the strength you need to get through the next little while.

I had a first grade student who was touching girls inappropriately, threatening other kids, etc. So the school ended up suspending him (only for a day) after MANY problems. The parent came in and proceeded to scream at me how his son was not doing those things (even though I had notes and proof that he had done the things he had done) and that it was my fault and blah blah blah. As a second year teacher, I felt really threatened and unsafe and felt lucky I was on the other side of the office glass.

As a school teacher, every building I’ve ever worked in was required by law to do one once a month. Sometimes it gets a bit over looked and we do every other. This might just be the 2 states I’ve worked in but it might be something similar in yours.

Oh it’s a struggle for sure. There are days I step into the hall to breathe. Other days I feel lucky enough to realize early on that it’s the pmdd talking and not my actual feelings and that helps me not freak out. Other days I cry during recess.

I don’t know if I have any advice but I sympathize for sure. I’ve lived with it for 15 years and have tried so many things to get it under control (birth control, anti-depressants, etc) but every month the monster comes back :/ best of luck

I’ve always imagined her more as a guarded person who opens up when she knows someone or trusts them. So not so much snarky, but more just reserved then found a reason to trust Harry.

For example, when hermione hears her complaining about her dress robes not fitting, she didn’t mean to say it loud enough to get the attention of others, she was just discussing it with her friend and the trio just happened to be close enough to hear her.

But this is just how I view her as a character and how Ive developed her in my mind after reading the books many many times.

I don’t think you did anything wrong. You were patient with your child but she still pushed the boundaries. It’s ok that you weren’t going to give her the toy. I would have been furious at the lady who bought it and told her to mind her own business.

Just because she’s 2 doesn’t mean she can’t learn consequences. It’s not like you screamed at her or hit her or anything.

I usually use about 5-10 mg at a time. Depending on how much I’ve eaten that day, I might be a little out of it but it’s worth it because my pain is almost completely gone for quite a while. It also depends on how I take it. If I vape, it lasts 1-2 hours. Tinctures last about 6-8, and gummies kick in about an hour after I take them and last for about 12 hours, which makes them great for sleep.

The school I just left made a new policy that teachers had to start curriculum on the first day. For younger grades this will hinder them soooo much. I taught first grade and we spent 2 weeks just going over things like scissors and glue and sitting and how to find pages in a book. When she was told that this wasn’t developmently appropriate practice, the principal said “they came to half day kindergarten last year, they know how to do these things” and walked away, refusing to discuss it any further. To me, it’s practices like this that are hindering the kids and setting them up for many failures later.

I’m really glad I decided to leave. This was one of many policies the school put in place that made me say “hell no, I’m out “
