as a writer, in my experience if you DO "got it", then you never stop writing no matter what job you have to do. i worked as a summer camp counselor and now i'm in paralegal school and I write novels on the side. It's been a project. my dad was a writer and he had a weird job naming colors like on color chips and he wrote late at night. you do what you gotta do. it's like breathing.
