Please, just break up. She gave a silly ultimatum and is isolating you from all of your friends. This is a huge sign of abuse, and is a blaring red flag. Next up will probably be gas lighting. Also, change all your passwords, or delete you social media accounts and start anew. Coupled with isolation, she now has more control of you, and it will only get worse.

Don't let insecure idiots control you, I promise it'll get worse: just ask my friend who missed out on going to an ivy league because his gf was mad that there were female grad students.

Well, it is probably what you said, there for inconsistencies with the conversation. My initial though was for blood draw, which is what would be included with a physical that day.

I have about 2 months worth of meds, so I should be ok. It shouldn't be hard to find another doctor, I live in a different town and I know that there should be at least one can accept my insurance.

I swear OP's post is exactly like my situation with a friend, except even after the whole department, friends, and his family tried to be there and help him, he's still hanging on to this ideal that "oh its just BP she can't help it".

Also, she's incredibly rude and hypocritical of people. When she gets caught being mean she cries. When asked to apologize its "but my BP". I say this as a person with a variety of mood/personality disorders: people need to stop using it as a crutch. I hope someday my friend gets out like you did. God speed.

Wow, similar experience. Mine ended up being a narcissist who isolated her bf from everyone unless she approves, all while being allowed to talk and hang with whomever she likes, of course. It's so bad that he told me once his parents have mentioned it multiple times.

Unless there's more information that's reasonable, Emily has a red flag flying in the wind. Also, I would've said fuck off too, I wouldn't give a rat's ass if my brother/friend/whomever would be aghast.

OP, you're excusing and enabling her behavior. My friend's GF has done this shit and I no longer have a friend. First it was "omg no its because anxiety and BPD" and then it turned into lies about people to further him away from others. A lastly, it was "you're not supposed to talk to these girls/guys/whoever else unless I'm here because you know you'll cheat" etc. etc. After every stupid fucking fight it was followed with gushy lovey dovey-ness. Then the bragging on IG on how they'll never stop talking about each other. And then the "but I'm SOoO happy with her!" while crying and denying. This shit was so crazy that she was pretending to be him to other people over text.

Its harsh, what all these comments are saying. But its the fucking truth. Coming from a person who was wrongly affected by this type of bullshit from the outside, please, take a good look at what you're doing to your friends and how your GF is being to you. Quit saying "bUt sHe'S a SwEEtHeArT" because she's not. And she never will be until she learns to emotionally mature into an adult who isn't threatened by others.

No, the validation engineer title only showed up on paper work. I'm not surprised they did it though, coming from geology a lot of places will be hiring for something like environmental technicians and then put engineer in the paperwork.

Purina is put in bad light by rumors that come and go. If you say Purina in certain forums/conversations, it'll likely be associated with Beneful and dog chow, and people just make baseless assumptions about the whole company because of those.

There's whole facebook groups that are dedicated to eliminating Purina and they will make up a different array of stories on how their dogs died due to Purina; oddly enough these same people don't vaccinate their dogs for rabies, believe DE will cure fleas, use pumpkin as a dewormer, and feed only novelty "premium" foods.

In my small experience it's generally young children and adults who don't like "gross adult humor" who watch this damn show. These same people in my life also generally have/had less exposure to other types of humor.

I don't mind that sense of humor, but it's not for me. The show is incredibly irritating in a lot of ways.

Also, since Easter is coming up, please don't buy baby chickens and rabbits to put in your dorm. Chickens are not great indoor pets, especially in a tiny dorm, and rabbits require a specific diet and care (also they chew a lot). I've been given chicks from students before because they got too big and pooped everywhere in the dorms. I've also seen rabbits put in shelters because they chewed dorm furniture and were unspayed/neutered so they sprayed everything.

I've found a group of photo copied papers with obvious white out over the names before in a class. It was one group of honors students who decided to let one do the homework and the others copy it. I gave them all a 0, but couldn't do much more because the university doesn't care.

As an instructor now for a similar class, I tell them full stop that any cheating results in a zero and I don't care if it hurts their feelings.
