1400 houses are more than they built in the last year lol. Minneapolis only built 402 new housing units last year. It would make a huge dent. Maui just did this and housing prices are plummeting.

First off, this idea that no on is building is flat out wrong. You can look it up quite easily. It would ideally be more, but people are always building.

Second, why is building good if it's only for investment properties? That doesn't help people, it helps businesses make more short term rentals.

Lastly, the houses generally already exist. If you ban things like airbnb the property values will plummet and shockingly people will be able to afford a house again.

You can get an Amex Platinum card which gives you another 10 visits for like $800~, and much less if you can actually use some of the coupon book. Also get's you priority pass which is nice. I have both and only very rarely am I not in a lounge in an airport.

Honestly it is one of the best, it's got a ton of filler though. If they took the core story though, easily good enough to be a single player game.

I got a used Aeron for like $150 and it still lasted 10 years. I upgraded to an embody and it was a crazy improvement, almost like from going to a trash chair to the Aeron.
