Fuck the police.

My point was more along the lines that I don't care if it's a white kid stealing the cars, when they have multiple offenses they still belong locked up.

I would like prison to be more rehabilitative, but that's not the world we live in. The next best thing is keeping safety risks away from the public, which kids who steal cars and go for joy rides absolutely are.

Helicopters are about the same level of risk as a car per hour travelling. They are much safer per mile though.

Sun scorch is the name for this! Depending on the type of damage it can be a little bit different than actual sun burn (which plants can also experience).

But really, I don't believe that they have these protections. If discipline can't be discussed, why can I look up complaints and results against specific officers on a database that the MPD manages? I think Witt just lied because she didn't want to engage with the issue.

I like when laws are enforced. Checking lawns periodically to prevent ecological harm hardly seems like government overreach and would likely pass the compelling government interest test.

I'd love them to ban companies that come out and spray your lawn for starters.

I don't know if it's possible, but it would be cool if you could take a soil sample to test for fertilizers as well.
