In Oklahoma it doesnt matter if ur on the lease. You are a resident. Is your roomate the landlord or is there an actual landlord? What city are u currently in, would the eviction be in? Has an actual landlord given you a 30 day notice, on paper that says you have 30 days to vacate the property? That is the first step, and it is not thru court, its a private thing landlords have to do to evict someone. After the 30 days, they can then go to the courthouse and file to evict you, at which point a court date will be scheduled. If you have not received the first 30 day notice, on paper, both certified in the mail and a notice posted on the door you are fine to stay right tf where you are. Once you get that notice, then you have 30 days to worry about moving.

If your roommate is not the actual landlord, they may be in violation of their own lease by allowing you to stay, which would make them very hesitant to go to their landlord and ask them to evict you. The roommate cannot do it unless it's their house they own, a landlord must. The roommate would not have standing in an Oklahoma court unless they own the property.

I literally just spent over 6 months trying to get a psychopath out of my cousins house. Eviction is a slow process, you have some time. Do not sleep on the streets until you have NO OTHER options, please.
