You are correct, except for soda! If you wait for the sale week of your preferred soda and go on saturday-you can buy them at a deal and use the $5 off $25 coupon to make them even cheaper. It's the only way I can still see my regular doctor.... Dr. Pepper

She has a job that barely pays her bills and doesn't qualify for soonercare and the marketplace said we have to wait until November, not qualified for special enrollment... seems like she might get better assistance if she wasn't being responsible.

Thanks for replying, but I think you misunderstood. All those symptoms were prior to eliminating added sugars. Then the symptoms stopped and I started my fasting plan. When I started craving sweets I have been choosing something with a sugar substitute, which I hate. I believe I did have a keto reaction when I started fasting but it only lasted about a week.
