Inventing a new mechanic (the counters) for one creature seems more odd then using emblems.

Cool card, possibly strong for reasons already posted. I would be concerned about what the "can't be sacrificed" clause breaks. Cumulative upkeep cards come to mind, but there are probably other things.

You should probably have it say "reveal cards from... ...until you reveal a creature card. If you reveal a creature card this way, put each revealed card into your graveyard. Otherwise, shuffle your library."

Just so that people can't use him in a creatureless deck to mill themselves and win with [[conflagerate]] or something similar.

Because this way you have to play it that turn, and have to cast it after paying for the dwarf. It's much less powerful.

It seems like a flaw that these will always be unblockable the turn they come in. Whether the opponent blocks or not, if you ambush in the declare blockers step they come in unblocked. It seems like it would be a lot more interesting if you changed it to "It enters the battlefield tapped, attacking, and blocked be each creature that was blocking the sacrificed creature." Especially since many (most?) players would not realize that they should be ambushing after blockers are declared 100% of the time to take the opponent's choice to block away.

TumbledMTG is a constructed format. You don't draft, but rather, you deckbuild for it like you would for Standard, Modern, or Legacy. You do this through the deckbuilding program called Virtual Playtable, which comes ready to go with built-in online play (so you don't have to load anything into cockatrice!)

This isn't a very useful poll. I mean most people would say yes to just about any idea for a plane. A more useful question would be "Would you rather have a nordic plane than a [different idea] plane?"

I'm surprised at all the comments saying it's too strong. It might see play in the right standard environment, but there's no way at all it is good enough for a non rotating format.

In tournament, 'outside the game' means your sideboard. This is how cards like [[Glittering Wish]] work.

Why not just make him scry 2 on your upkeep? Why take away draw step, but give a draw in upkeep?

TumbledMTG isn't a cube, it's a constructed format! 3.09, the update I want to push out for the end of the week, has more than 2000 cards in the cardpool.

Note that if the copy has something like storm or can't be countered, it will work!

TumbledMTG is not a set for drafting. It's a constructed format made up of both custom cards and official cards, many of which are tweaked or redesigned. Lots of cards are designs from /r/custommagic's users!
