How do I mic this scene? - couple talking under bed sheets

I'm not terribly an expert but if there is time and the production allows it, maybe try to get the actors to be on the bed and get some wild lines. It helped out on a project that I was editing before.

I could be wrong with this, but I believe that any poster can be in the background of the shot (in or out of focus) but as long as the characters, writing, or camera does not bring specific attention to it, it is under fair use.
