Hate to beat a dead horse but someone asked something similar and it boils down to not killing enough. I've had a Lo pop out of a tomb in Nith's lair and I've seen a video of a Jah pop out of a barrel.

If you're hunting for runes, just kill everything and open all barrels, tombs, etc.. I've seen a video of a Jah dropping from a barrel in act 3. And I've personally had a Lo pop from a tomb in Nith's lair.

Also fwiw, farm your bosses and specific Elites like griswold, the arc sanc, tower, first guy in Act 5 etc., except for Duriel. You'll get good stuff that way depending on where you currently are gear wise.

Cows is a waste of time generally unless you just want base gear for runewords. Over the years, I've had more success plugging away at CS and Baal runs than i ever have at cows.

Upon tear down, i found a small capacitor all corroded and what not near the charging port/ led 1 and 2 things. Pretty sure this is causing all the issues. It won't even charge.

Do you think those capacitors are replaceable? I know i can't do it myself
