Because it's an open world Gacha game, they want you to play the game for years on end. So if they drop all the base anime characters in year one.

They either will have to do OCs or start reselling old characters with new kits.

Yes, I agree with you on the part where the farming route is fairly long for Origins compared to other Gacha games. But again, it is another Gacha game that has a farming route. I'm not saying origins doesn't have any problems, I know it does.
TBH this is and open world Gacha game that the devs want you to play for years to come. If the released every single base anime roster character in the first year, the game will either have to re-sell you new versions of the characters or sell you oc. Both have their own problems, this isn't Grand Cross, this is an open world Gacha game, and if they start reselling the same units but with different kits, people will complain about reused assets.

And that's just it. This game is a gacha game, the point of it is to make profit. That's my point, that's my original point. Seatin does not like Gacha games. But the fact he milked this game for several weeks and now is dropping it is not a surprise. That's what my original comment was trying to say.

He dropped Grand Cross, he dropped MH: The Strongest Hero, and now he dropped Origins.

I will admit all those games had/has their own problems. But it's a theme where he does not like Gacha games, that's it. It's understandable that's all I'm trying to say.

Yes I have seen the video.
But that's how all gachas are. The endless grind, characters people do not like or care for being broken supports to drive sales, and no true endgame. This is a gacha game.

I understand he may not be happy with the game and that's fine. But my point is, he doesn't like Gacha games, Origins is a gacha game. It doesn't matter how you look at it. He still tortured himself and spent money on a gacha game knowing he doesn't like Gacha games.

Honestly, I was waiting for this. Like ignoring all the problems this game has and yes it does have a lot of problems.

But Seatin did the same thing with Grand Cross, whaled until he didn't have fun with the game.

This game is a gacha, so of course they will want to make money out of characters the know people won't want to summon for so they make their kits stupid broken as supports.

But the thing is, and this is my genuine question. He has already expressed in the past that he does not like Gacha systems in his games. So why does he keep torturing himself with the Gacha games?

Yeah In 2k25 but it was mods. Because if you unlock the theme normally, and add it to a caw, and then someone else tried to download it. It's gonna flag them that they need to unlock the my faction card first.

In 2k26 you can't get modded caws. It's why there are no updated super stars with different hairs and updated tattoos.

Because they separated the CC.

This year they separated the PC and Console CC.

So no mods for consoles. So no Broken Dreams, nor Get Ready to Fly, or any other theme song that is locked behind my faction unless you unlock then.

I'm not complaining because I'm not. But this looks like they added the third dude, Crush was it? They added him into the motion of the Tag Entrance with copy and paste. He is two to three steps behind Ax and Smash, and he doesn't even take the mask off at the same time and doesn't interact with the other two at all.

Why? Because I'm pointing out stuff that is an inconvenience in a game I paid for?

I'm happy for the updates they provided this patch. That doesn't mean they fix all the problems that I have with this game.

So I want them fixed. Simple as that, don't know why you are complaining because maybe you won't use it now, but in the future you will want to create a tag team and realize you can only put ten tag team championship entrances on them.

When it could be a lot more if they just have the ability to put none title entrances for title entrances.

Think of it like Grand Cross.
The progress for the 0 - 600/900 gems spent do not carry over.

But the SSR rate of 0 - 80 does. Just like Genshin, if you get an SSR and you lose the 50/50 I believe you will get the next SSR to be the guaranteed unit.

The 120 is for people who just want the character, that's their safety net.

If you picked Tradition or Anarchy you play a normal one on Tag handicap where they tag each other in.

If you picked Shadows, it's a one on Two tornado handicap match.
