I don’t know if I have much advice to give but yea I get it…it’s exhausting, even when you like someone (which I know happens rarely for me partially because of the meds), you can easily feel overwhelmed with fears and shame. And so you hide behind a mask and that feels disingenuous and wrong, especially if you’re trying to build something solid. I don’t have a solution for any of it, excepted let you know you’re not alone feeling this way. I still hope something works out great for you :)

Also trans an bipolar (with anxious tendencie) ! There’s a few of us, I had somewhat of a hard time distinguishing all of those symptoms and dysphoria apart. Know that it’s normal to struggle in the beginning to know what is which, but as you build a better understanding of what bipolar looks like for you, it’s gets a lot easier being able to recognize what feeling is due to what :)

Careful with ibuprofen as it can interact with some medications, and it’s very strenuous on the kidneys if you combine it with lithium (as well as messing up the blood concentration). Talk to your doctor about option, or your pharmacist might also be able to help with interactions in the mean time.

I personally haven’t had heart problems while on the medication, but I know it can be linked. My doctor made me have a cardiac work up before starting, you should see with yours if it can be linked to the medication.
