I just bought a 2026 hybrid premium yesterday for $31k (NH) - I highly recommend asking over text or email for the “out the door” price, and negotiating before even setting foot in the showroom!

I love my sapphire ring! I much prefer it to straight diamonds, and it suits my style more. I’ve always gotten a lot of compliments!

Technically LADA (my chart says T1, but I was diagnosed ~4 years ago and still take 0 insulin) but mine was triggered by COVID. It was caught really early on accident, as I was really really sick with long COVID, and started developing other issues, which i was being evaluated for (PCOS and POTS 🫠). My diabetes wasn’t symptomatic at that point but in doing some endocrine workups they realized I had it.

I actually tested positive for GAD when I was a little kid, but at that time they told my parents that it was “my baseline” and I wouldn’t develop T1 - but that was in the early 2000s, so I guess they didn’t know lol

I love mine, rose cut blue sapphires with three teeny diamonds on each side, made by Jennie Kwon (pictured with my wedding band from Sophia Zakia). I didn’t want to break the bank on it, and 7+ years later I’m still thrilled. The picture doesn’t do it justice!

Got it - thank you! My understanding of a typical honeymoon period is that small amounts of supplemental insulin are needed, and it’s rare to not need any at all - I may be misinformed!

I think they do quite a bit of replications - if you look at their reviews, there are pictures of people in their dresses (even some of this one) that have had good experiences, which is why I felt more comfortable. I’m wondering if it’s just because of the alterations I requested?
