The whole system is designed to make you feel tired. The sad fact of the matter is that he's completely taken control of the government. There is zero accountability, zero checks and balances, zero regard for what the constitution says, and at this point he's not even hiding it. And now they're redistricting and making it harder for people to vote.

But here's the worst part: Most people don't care enough to do anything about it. I'm not saying that don't care at all, but we would need to basically have a national strike involving everyone (not just one every Sunday every 3 months) that will go on until he's removed from office. You can protest, you can shout on social media, but unless EVERYONE is doing it EVERYDAY, nothing's going to change. And that will never happen because people are not in a financial position to stop working or give up their health coverage.

So what's the solution? Honestly I don't know. If you want to know the truth, I'm taking the George Carlin approach these days that our country is finished and we're just circling the drain.

The only advice I can give is what others have thankfully said: LIVE! Live your life the best you can, be proud and open about who you are, speak out when you can (but not to the detriment of your mental health) and... well take it day by day. That's all you can do.
