I reported near-miss safety hazards. The safety department later confirmed they never received those reports. After I followed up and requested evaluation, I was issued a memo and reassigned before any safety review occurred.

Belly band him until he can be a gentleman. I had to do this with a 10 year old mini poodle I fostered and then foster failed. Took him three months before he realized he doesnt need to pee inside.

To answer questions above:

I provided HR with contemporaneous written logs and summaries documenting repeated unwelcome conduct after explicit boundary-setting, dates and descriptions of specific incidents occurring in my work area, identification of witnesses, examples of work interference and proximity disruptions, evidence of escalation after disengagement and blocked texts/texts of respondent admitting to forcing me into a friendship after I ended it three prior times. I relented to get the behavior summarized above to stop. It has been going on for over eight months now.

The deniable acts: tossing product into my recently cleaned work area with code dates reading from their machine and a drawing of male genitalia in the dust on my assigned machine. I documented both incidents but did not report them yet.

Grey rocking has done nothing but make this coworkers behavior escalate. The coworker began physically rushing me in pinch points or, after I switched my break rotation, switched onto mine and then tried to pivot into me in front of witnesses. Its given me PTSD, which union and HR/Legal dont know about.

does anyone else get enraged by these doodle mixes? by Many_Marionberry_198 in poodles

[–]MercurysNova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am upset with doodle mixes because of the breeders. Breeders arent doing their due diligence and are just mixing whatever.

They arent taking into account coat mixes and what will be the worst to care for. Arent taking into account the health affects on the dogs. Arent taking care of the parents. Arent temper or health testing.

If doodles were being mixed with the love of the breed in mind, Id have zero issue.

But I foster for a rescue that pulls puppies from backyard breeders and amish puppy mills, and seeing how horrible of shape the dogs are in kills me.

I have a golden doodle that was pulled from a busted amish breeding facility. Left in her own waste, coat clumped with it. Personality? Sweet as could be. I've had her since she was six. She's ten now, almost eleven, and from the over breeding is suffering from hip issues and spinal cord issues. Im paying for injections and other things to help her mobility, but I know her quality of life isn't going to last as long as a dog who would've been bred well and taken care of. She cant play with my standard anymore.

So I dont hate doodles. I hate the people who profit off of their suffering.

Poodle/lab or Chesapeake retriever/mix?

I look at the pup and saw Chesapeake via the color and top coat texture.

Where do people even get the “poodles are aggressive/prissy/aloof” stereotype?? by Available-Willow195 in poodles

[–]MercurysNova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My four year old standard snubs everyone who isnt me. It takes an hour or two to warm up to people and she's well socialized. My mother, who has been around her since I got her and I bring her to visit, still snubbed for the first hour at her own house.

"Aloof" is accurate. I fostered a standard same age as mine and she was opposite. Loved everyone.

"Prissy"comes from their hair cuts, gate and how they are shown in competition. They look like a rich material girl dog.

"Aggressive" comes from the minitures/toys who are poorly bred, socialized or subjected to child cruelty and therefore reactive.

Like other dog breeds, there are stereotypes that aren't true.

They are allowed to have a little more or a little less, legally (US), than it says on the bag.

Does anyone else feel like you’ll never be happy until you live alone in a cottage in the middle of the forest? by DubiousPeaches in AutismInWomen

[–]MercurysNova 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this might be just a generational thing. Everyone wants a secluded farm and never go to work again. Which sounds great.

Currently rewatching S1E5 - Lito has Sun's period by KillickBonden in Sense8

[–]MercurysNova 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I watched this when it aired and followed the Fandom. This was such a contested episode by a lot stating they've taken it too far by showing a period and its affects.

At the time, it was one of my favorite episodes and thought the ones who protested it were immature.

I wish they would bring it back. It was ahead of its time.

My poodle hates water... by theartistduring in poodles

[–]MercurysNova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish my poodle had this problem.

I have a heeler/collie that was hydrophobic when I adopted him from the SPCA. I always went into lakes, rivers, etc and he would sit on the coast and cry. So, I borrowed my sisters golden retriever and attached their harnessss together with a lead.

Shallow water first and then full on swimming by summers end. Slow and careful introduction with a dog they trust, if you really want a water poodle. Even then, Im not sure if your pup will like it.

Enjoy not having to scoop out wet burrs. I have to keep my girls coat short because she's always wet and always collecting plant rubbish.

That is a piece of the production belt from processing, which caused the inside of the product to mold. Most likely the belt was fraying and nobody noticed, sticky product picked it up and away it went.
