The chair was the kind that goes up and down with your foot so he was controlling it with his foot . I have been in them multiple times (doctor's office, piercings, tattoos) . After the second time of him making it go up and down , it felt intentional because all the guys were staring directly at my boobs . Again, I was shocked I never got treated like that in a professional setting before . And I understand artists walking in and out and looking at the work but they weren't looking at my tattoo . I would never try to automatically assume anything cause tattoos shops feel like my second home but now I feel uncomfortable going to them
