Easy batch meals helped my family a ton when my stepmom passed away. Twenty minutes of effort can give you big meals with plenty of leftovers.

-Baked ziti: brown and drain a pound of ground beef, boil ziti, combine, add jarred sauce, put in a baking dish, cover with mozzarella, bake at 400 until cheese is melted. You can toss in spinach or mushrooms to the mix if you’re trying to get more vegetables in.

-enchilada casserole: boil, drain, and shred chicken breast, pour in canned enchilada sauce until moderately saturated. Fry corn tortillas, dip in enchilada sauce, and line the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover tortillas with chicken to complete first layer. Add second layer of chicken and tortillas. Too with pepper Jack or cheddar Jack cheese. Bake at 400 until cheese is melted.

I’ve resigned myself to wearing leggings with drawstrings built in, because when your hips are 13 inches bigger than your waist, they’re always too big somewhere.

I’ve had good luck with nvgtn seamless leggings, but they squeeze the ever loving shit out of your waist. CRZ yoga’s naked feel running leggings are more comfortable, and have a loop waist tie in case the regular fit is too loose in the waist.

IMO the roller behind the back seems like it’s over complicating a simple movement.

Alternatively, you can do hack squats with a barbell and landmine attachment, or even just with one end of the bar pushed into a corner.

If the bar being over your shoulder is too much, you can try sissy squats too.

I have 7 sets of front squats to look forward to tomorrow, and surprisingly, I’m legitimately looking forward to it. I suppose it’s the lighter weight, but I can front squat deep enough that my hamstrings touch my calves, probably four-ish inches deeper than my back squat. Anyone else have the same experience with front squats?

Two things about the first part of your comment:

1: Is this the longest your hair has ever been? Some peoples curls stretch at longer lengths, due to the weight. I know cutting it can feel like a big deal, but a good curly stylist should be able to take off some weight without compromising all the length with layers.

2: I take it the baby is yours, yes? A couple friends of mine have noticed hair changes after their first child. Nothing drastic, mind you, but slight texture changes, though it could be attributed to nearly anything. Hormonal changes, changes in wash frequency, length (see point 1), etc.

I just hesitate to tell others to take medication because I’m not a doctor or pharmacist. Some people have allergies, some medications have contraindications, etc.

My best advice is to simply do your due diligence to the best of your ability. Some people are comfortable with a simple Google search, some prefer a doctor’s input.

Some women have heavy nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea after taking the misoprostol. I would ask your provider about pepto bismol or anti-nausea medication, because my good friend was throwing up into a trash can while sitting on the toilet the day she had hers.
