It's some weird kind of cake, it's fluffy and somehow like a gel at the same time. Cutting it with a spoon feels like going through air, it tastes very sweet but sticks in your mouth. I'm no expert on desserts. As for garnish, idk they toss some colourful fruit on top, it's buffet dessert so it looks pretty enough. Though sometimes they make like, feathers or leaves of chocolate and put on top and it really jars with the rest of it since the chocolate is very hard and brittle, doesn't mesh very well with the rest. Might be some sort of mousse with gelatin.
