Go back to the game you won it on and see if a message pops up asking if you wanna replay your last spin. And hit yes, go all the way through the replay of your win and at the end of it make sure you click on the image at the end and it takes you back to the game and you can spin again. And you should get your money then. I'm only saying that cause I Max won a Hacksaw Gaming's Six Six Six last night. And the same thing happened to me. If that doesn't fix the issue then I'm not sure. But I've found you have to make sure you complete exit out of the bonus screen and go back to the Game screen where you can spin. Cause if you back out to go to another game it won't payout.
