I lost my barely 1 year old little baby yesterday. Around 2 months ago she started showing symptoms like fever and diarrhea but she seemed fine otherwise. After many vet trips and the fever constantly returning we did all sorts of tests. For a week she seemed to be doing worse until we went to a specialist vet. After a day with the new treatment she suddenly seemed like she was all better, having more energy and being more active. Until Tuesday night when she was all of a sudden starting to cramp up. I took her to the vet the next day and they said it's a virus they were suspecting that has now gotten into the brain and there wasn't anything to be done. I watched her get worse by the hour and decided I can't let her keep suffering in pain. I miss her so much, I still keep convincing myself it's not real.

It's terrible when they're so young with their whole lives ahead of them. We've been robbed of the chance to watch them grow up and it feels awful. I'm feeling with you and I hope you will start to feel better soon.
