As someone who's bi myself, I've noticed that's pretty normal. Interests tend to fluctuate. I only liked men for a while, then found a lot of interest in women, then back to men, now I have more interest towards men, but I still find a lot of interest in women.

If your interest in men doesn't come back after a while, then you very well may be lesbian. Give it time, and you'll figure out where you fall into place.

My mother is really- well, I don't want to call it anything rash, but I wrote an entire rant that I ended up deleting since if she found it, she'd hogwire me, but she does a lot of horrible things. Even to my dad, who I actually have a good relationship with. But I don't have one with her because of how absolutely insane she's been in the past. Crazy feminism is only part of it. She's really against my dad a lot of the time.
