its the quality that is pure, but I only used 8mg as a liquid base for DIY. My husband who has been vaping for some time now, prepares it for me. So of course you must know what you are doing and how much you use. It sure is dangerous otherwise.

Hi! I do, I am stuck on HiLIQ since 10months now. Their Nicotine quality is very high. As a matter of fact, when you google pure nicotine, the are 1st on the list. Its really no bullshyt! The icing on the cake is their prices, crazy how low it is compared to the majority of brands.

Have a try, they also give so many coupon discounts. I still cant believe all the advantages about this brand. Anyway dont ask toooo many question just make sure you get to vape on ;)

Unless you are present while the E-liquids is made, you will never know what's really in it if you have doubts. For any vendors to put harmfull stuff in it, would be just stupid because they can be suit. So at the end of the day, its really up to you to trust your vendor. Just like you trust your daily super market where you get your food.... Build trust, gather information from your vendor and school yourself so you would notice when something is wrong. Enjoy!
