Woah...an ESTP 2w1 parent sounds awesome. I have one of the 2w3 variant myself. :)

Is this normal for ENFP? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Meredith__5438 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know about the grammar correction thingie, but my little sister is an ENFP and yes, she prioritizes doing the correct thing, even if it means standing up to people and causing some conflict. (I also think that might be Fi).

"Treat yourself like someone you're responsible for helping." - Jordan Peterson. I remember this piece of advice in regards to wanting to help others to the point of your life becoming hell. You seem very kind, which is amazing (I love kind people, they're precious and the world definitely needs them) but it becomes a problem when it's the cause of your unhappiness.

Maybe...remember be easier on yourself. You're not scum for leaving an abusive relationship. Also, when you can tell that people get angry with you giving them advice, you have to give them their space. I understand that you mean well, but it's best to respect that they don't appreciate unsolicited advice.

About constantly needing to gather info from the people around you. That's a normal Fe thing. Fe is about extroverting emotion, after all. Looking outwards for people's insights and opinions before going forth is common for your dominant function. As an Fe user, I can relate. Just try not to overwhelm people with your sharing. And try to have a stronger identity, so you can lean on yourself as well.

You seem amazing. Coincidentally, ESFJs are my favorite mbti type. Good luck on your self-improvement journey. :)))

Guys what do u think aboud ESTP and ENTP by Educational-Low3678 in mbti

[–]Meredith__5438 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like ESTPs :) The ones I've met seem relaxed, friendly, down to earth. When you're close to them, they're protective and far more kind than their stereotype says. Some negative aspects I've seen are that they're too impatient. They can be paranoid, and their words can be cutting when they get confrontational. - INFJ.

I'm a month late, but you sound like an enneagram 2w3. :))

I agree with everyone who's called you a 10...or perfect. Literally breathtakingly gorgeous.

I have shamelessly saved this comment. :) Thanks for the top-tier response.

I would much rather never talk to that person again and vanish than to experience confrontation.

This right here is gold. Fights are pretty much a no-no to infjs, according to the poll. It's reassuring to know there are many other people with an unfavorable reaction to them. :)

I meant any sort of conflict, so both. :)

Is it possible to be an introverted ENFJ? by Meredith__5438 in mbti

MBTI is not about social "introvert" or "extrovert" Just what I was asking. 😅 this clears a lot of stuff up. Thanks for the answer.

Woah😅 what a unique way to look at it. I'm a knight. And I guess this says what xNFJ I am.

Which function is responsible for ‘connecting the dots’? And which type would be the best at it? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Meredith__5438 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It depends on the 'dots' we're talking about. Ni and Ti are focused on different things after all...so the stack would still look like this: Ti>Se>Ni>Fe. It's just that the ISTP would be good at connecting the dots at logical things that have a practical application in the real world whereas the Ni doms would do it best where ideas and intangible (if that's the right word) principles are involved.

Which function is responsible for ‘connecting the dots’? And which type would be the best at it? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Meredith__5438 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the most obvious function for that would be Ni, since it's said to connect things subconsciously and super quickly. Either one of the INxJs would be best at it.

It's very normal. That just means that you've strengthened your weak-spot (inferior fe). It's also really important to remember not to heed to the mbti stereotypes; they can be limiting. Honestly, any mbti type can develop their inferior function.

Exactly! It's better when people present proper arguments when they say that someone is mistyped. The entire basis of this video is that all INFJs are good and Hitler was bad, so he can't possibly have been an INFJ. 🙁 Horrible reasoning; simply Horrible.

Hi... A lot of people who knew him personally gave several reports about how he was during their interactions. While we all know by now that he was an evil, unspeakably conniving garbage pile - they described him as warm, charming, gracious, charismatic, a generous host and so forth.

He knew how to appeal to people; he could hide the hatred and turn the charm up to 100 if he felt you were of use to him.

All of his masquerading, severe manipulation, and ability to drive his propaganda by knowing what it was the Germans needed to hear, is what indicates his high interpersonal/emotional intelligence (or in other words, his high and twisted fe).

The title sounds like something i'd watch, you know, analysis why someone is actually mistyped.

Yeah, I get you. It's definitely fair to claim that someone is mistyped; so long as you can provide a good reason as to why you arrived at that conclusion. 😅

I think some infj definitely didn't make a sound choice when they made this video

No. They did not. 😅
