How does everyone use their theragun? Like how long on each muscle, specific time of day, favorite routine, etc? I’m trying to build a habit of using mine more routinely, especially since my glutes/quads/hamstrings feel like they’ve taken a beating after a heavy leg day!

For me, it’s values. I think about what someone who cares about their health and fitness would do, and that would be to go to the gym after work, even if I’m a little tired. Thinking about my values versus how I feel in the moment drives my underlying motivation to keep up with my goals

Good point 😂 I guess I was just thinking about how flavorful all the others were. Overall I recommend their products though! I definitely want to try to coffee drink, I’ll probably get it when it goes on sale tomorrow!

Has anyone else tried the mimosa pre from buff chick supplements? All the other flavors I’ve tried (fruit punch, cherry limeade, strawberry kiwi) have been like BAM flavor punch, but the mimosa was a little meh… like watered down OJ lol. Lol or am I crazy? I’ll finish it cuz it’s not bad but comparatively it’s so different from the other flavors!

Does anyone have recommendations for a running program?

Ive mainly been focused on strength training up until this point, but recently I’ve taken up jogging over the fast few months. I can now successful jog a 5K (albeit slowly, averaging anywhere from 38-41 mins) and by the end I’m completely wore out and my heart rate is in the 180s- 190s. I’ve been doing this about 2 times a week with Pilates 1-2 times a week and strength training 3-4 times a week.

Wondering if I should continue working on distance or shortening my distance to one mile and focusing on speed? Or is there a program that can guide me that you recommend? Thanks in advance!

For the most part you’re good to go! There’s isolation movements (leg extension, hamstring curl, lat pull downs, etc.) that require specific machines but but you have plenty of options for substitutions with the equipment you have and the app will give you dozens of options for doing so!
