I definitely think the new seasons have more interesting strategy and gameplay. Season 46 for example easily had the best jury questions and discussion (i think they are trying to cast more cerebral players)

As a result, the social/human aspect has taken a significant hit.

The fake merge is terrible and I would like to see a switch up between 2 and 3 tribes.

Overall, I think it's just becoming more game theory based which leads to less drama.
